Job Title: Maintenance AssociateLocation: 190 26th St E, Dickinson, ND 58601Duration: 12 monthsPR: $24.00 - $26.00/hr on W2Description:SummaryThe Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. Responsibilities* Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.

* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.

* Comply with client and respective division TLM standards.

* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.

* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: We are open to hiring candidates with no oilfield experience, as long as they have some hands-on experience.

• Physical Requirements

  Candidates must be able to safely demonstrate the ability to:

  • Lift and move materials from ground level to various working heights, including knuckle, waist, and shoulder level.
  • Carry materials and equipment over short distances as needed.
  • Perform manual material handling tasks involving frequent movement, positioning, and transportation of equipment.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling job-related materials safely and effectively.
