PR: $24.00 - 26.00/hr on W2Description:

Summary**

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. Responsibilities* Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.​​​​​​​- Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: We are open to hiring candidates with no oilfield experience, as long as they have some hands-on experience.

• Lifting requirements (please see attachment) Must be able to safely demonstrate the ability to:

•  Lift at least 70 lbs from floor to knuckles level on an occasional basis,

• Lift at least 70 lbs from floor to waist level on an occasional basis,

• Lift at least 38 lbs from floor to shoulder level on an occasional basis, and

• Carry at least 70 lbs for a minimum distance of 20 feet on an occasional basis
