The MAP (Maintenance Apprenticeship Program) is a full-time, paid career accelerator program that prepares you for a career as a Maintenance Technician at one of Niagara’s manufacturing plants. Over 18 months, you’ll receive formal classroom instruction and hands-on training to learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and rebuild high-speed production equipment.
We’ll build on your existing skills from school or prior experience and give you exclusive, in-depth training on our advanced machinery and systems. Through a blend of structured learning and real-world work on our production floor, you’ll gain the expertise to keep high-speed bottling equipment running at peak performance.

What you’ll do:
- Train directly with experienced maintenance professionals
- Learn mechanical/electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist with repairs
- Work on industry-leading machines like conveyor systems, motors, palletizers, and blow molders
- Travel for exclusive OEM trainings (paid!)
What we are looking for:
Tech degree/certificate (no experience needed) OR HS diploma + 2 yrs maintenance experience.
Ability to travel (30% of the time).
Comfortable with rotating shifts (day/night, 2-2-3) and open to relocating after graduation.
Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills.
