The Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (MAP) is a full-time, paid career accelerator program that prepares you for a fulfilling career in Maintenance at one of Niagara’s manufacturing plants. Over 21 months, you’ll receive formal classroom instruction and hands-on training to learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and rebuild Niagara’s high-speed production equipment. Post-program, you’ll jump into a Maintenance Technician role, with additional advanced opportunities.

We’ll build on your existing skills and give you exclusive, in-depth training on our advanced machinery and systems. Through a blend of structured learning and real-world work on our production floor, you’ll gain the expertise to keep high-speed bottling equipment running at peak performance.

What you’ll do:

• Train directly with experienced maintenance professionals on Niagara’s mechanical/electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with repairs
• Work on industry-leading machines like conveyor systems, motors, palletizers, and blow molders
• Travel for exclusive OEM trainings (paid by Niagara)

What we are looking for:

• Tech degree/certificate (no experience needed) OR HS diploma + 2 yrs relevant maintenance experience
• Ability to travel (30% of the time)
• Comfortable with rotating shifts (day/night, 2-2-3) and open to relocating after graduation
• Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
