Over 18 months, you’ll receive formal classroom instruction and hands-on training to learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and rebuild high-speed production equipment.

We’ll build on your existing skills from school or prior experience and give you exclusive, in-depth training on our advanced machinery and systems. Through a blend of structured learning and real-world work on our production floor, you’ll gain the expertise to keep high-speed bottling equipment running at peak performance.

  • Tech degree/certificate (no experience needed) OR HS diploma + 2 yrs maintenance experience.

  • Ability to travel (30% of the time).

  • Comfortable with rotating shifts (day/night, 2-2-3) and open to relocating after graduation.

  • Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills.

We offer:
