Job Description

We're working with a manufacturer of highly engineered materials to identify a Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our production equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical or electrical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and learning new systems. You will work alongside more experienced team members and receive training to grow your skills over time.

We encourage candidates with non-traditional backgrounds, hands-on experience, military training, or transferable skills to apply! We are also open to those with management level experience as we have an opening for a Maintenance Lead. This would pay more.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment

• Assistwith troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Support equipment startups and production operations

• Helpmaintainspare parts and maintenance tools

• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve issues

• Learn and follow safety procedures and best practices

• Assistwith equipmenttear-downsand reassembly as needed

Location: Saxonburg, PA 16056

Pay Rate: $22-25.00 an hour plus benefits. We are also looking for a Maintenance Lead who would manage a small team - this would pay more.

Schedule: Various shifts available Monday- Friday

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial aptitude

• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices

• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards

• Ability tolift upto 50lbsand perform physical tasks

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Maintenance or hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or similar environment.** We encourage candidates with military, hand-on or transferable skills to apply.**

• Must meet client specific background requirements and pass a drug screen
