G-Code Understanding (Preferred)
Fabrication
MIG/TIG Welding
Blueprint Reading
Tooling Setup and Changeover
Equipment and Machine Maintenance
Machine Shop Environment Experience
Precision Measurement Tools (Calipers, Micrometers)

Candidates with crossover machining + fabrication experience strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience in manufacturing or machine shop environments
Comfortable with tooling, equipment, and shop processes
Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

What’s Offered

$25- $31/hr depending on experience
