Join our dynamic team as a Machinist (Tool & Die) on the Third Shift in Ridgway, PA! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision machining and has a strong background in tool and die work. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Track Lathe.
• Set up and operate Track Mill.
• Set up and operate Manual Lathe.
• Set up and operate CNC Mill.
• Perform basic grinding operations (Surface, Rotary, ID-OD).
• Assist with tool maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist.
• 7S / TPM.
• TS 16949 Quality Systems Requirements.
• Problem Solving
• Maintain a High Level of Quality.
• Follow safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). One year machinist certificate from college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• G-Code
• M-Code
• Manual Machining Skills
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• Manual Vertical Mill
