Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinist II/III to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. As a Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met while working with state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce parts accurately.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in machining, with a strong understanding of machining processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC programming and operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
