Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in operating CNC and manual machining equipment.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
