We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up, operating, and programming CNC equipment, as well as working with manual machines to produce and repair high-quality parts. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and takes pride in precision work.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and program CNC ProtoTRAK lathes and mills
Set up and operate manual lathes and mills
Re-machine parts for repair and refurbishment
Perform saw cutting, surface grinding, sanding, and deburring
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Perform routine shop maintenance

Qualifications:

Experience programming and operating CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
Experience with manual machining equipment
Wire EDM experience is a plus
Familiarity with FeatureCam software is a plus
Strong understanding of materials, cutting tools, speeds & feeds, and machining techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Experience working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as plastics
Must have basic machinist tools
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
