What you will work on:
Lay out work, perform welding, set up and use machine shop equipment to fabricate, construct, and repair machine tools, machinery and equipment.
Continuous Improvement – we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN.
Safety First – our values are important to us. Having a “safety first” approach is a key element for success.
The ability to work a full shift, promptness and availability to work overtime as needed.
Work and perform according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
Ability to work off-shift as required
What you’ll bring:
High school graduate or equivalent
5 years of Machinist experience preferred displaying the ability to:
Measure/convert measurements and set up various machine tools to operate cutoff saws, cut threads, cut tapers.
Perform milling/boring operations, drill holes, press on/off various parts, ream holes, mill gear teeth, cut keyways and dove tails
Program CNC equipment, face/square work pieces, grind flat surfaces and read blueprints.
Hiring process will include a a 2 phase testing process.
