Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate HAAS CNC machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machining processes and make program adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.

• Proven experience as a HAAS machinist, with a strong understanding of machining processes.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
