Job Overview:
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate a variety of machines
- Operate machinery per the instructions provided
- Machine parts to required tolerances
- Inspect parts and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality requirements
- Adjust the machine as necessary to maintain quality
- Perform all necessary hand operations such as filing, fitting and scraping
- Experience working on a lathe preferred
- Previous wood working experience preferred
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working as a machinist
Skill Grade SG4
