As our team continues to grow, we’re looking to add experienced machinists and fabricators to our shop. Our shop floor has a focus on continuous improvement and ongoing education. Our machinists have the opportunity to work on different types of jobs, learn different machines, and continually further their career. We are a certified apprenticeship in New York State, and we utilize local colleges and online courses to supplement training. Our team is passionate about the work we do in energy, defense, aerospace, and more. We are currently looking for 2

nd

shift machinists on (4) 10 hour shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k company match, vacation and PTO.

***Responsibilities:


  • Create set-ups for yourself and assist others with their set-ups

  • Read blueprints and interpret technical nomenclature on drawings

  • Machine parts accurately to drawing dimensions

  • Inspect parts to meet quality standards using precision tools

  • Meet output and scheduling expectations

  • Perform routine maintenance on machines

***Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a machine shop

  • Ability to use G-code programming, troubleshooting and modifying programs as necessary

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, crouch, and sometimes be in awkward positions
