PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Machine field tool components
- Assemble field tools to fulfill customer orders
- Disassemble, assess, and repair field tools returned under RMAs
- Repair/recreate damaged machined components for production equipment
- Create prototype components and assemblies for new field tool models and new production equipment
- Support 5S, kaizen, and continuous improvement projects as needed.
- Comply with all safety policies, quality policies, and NOV company policies
- All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of verifiable work history
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as needed
- Standing 6 to 8 hours daily
- Walking 6 to 8 hours daily
- Bending/stooping 6 to 8 hours daily
- Repetitive movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily
- Push/pull 6 to 8 hours daily
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
- Travel less than 10%

- Proficiency with using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
