Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in operating CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
