Machine Operator (Entry Level – Full Training Provided)

Location: Laconia, NH

Pay: $21.49–$26.33 per hour + $3-5k Sign on bonus + Monthly Bonus

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning to safely operate precision manufacturing equipment through comprehensive paid training.
• Producing high-quality aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances.
• Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment.
• Following quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures while continuously developing your technical skills.

As a Machine Operator, you will bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good basic maths and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, construction, or other hands-on work.
• A willingness to learn and work flexible shifts following training.

Training & Shift Information

NHBB offers the following shift options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm + 10% premium
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am + 15% premium
• **No 1st shift vacancies**

Training is typically completed on 1st Shift but other shifts can be accomodate on a case by case basis, where you'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced machinists before moving into your assigned shift.
