Shift: Day Shift & Second Shift

**Pay Range: **$30 - $32 /hr

Seeking candidates with 8–12 years of multi-axis CNC experience, including setup, operation, G-Code editing, blueprint/GD&T reading, and precision machining to ±0.0001". Must be skilled with precision measuring tools, CNC troubleshooting, and machining various materials.

Must-Have:

• 8–12 years CNC machining experience
• Multi-axis CNC setup and operation experience
• Experience withhorizontal and vertical multi-axis machines
• Ability towrite/edit G-Code
• Strong blueprint, drawing,GD&T, dimensions & tolerancesknowledge
• Proficient withmicrometers, calipers, gage pins, height gages, dial indicators
• Knowledge ofspeeds, feeds, RPM, tooling, fixtures, inserts, and cutting parameters
• Stronggeometry and trigonometryskills
• Experience machiningsteel, aluminum, titanium, nickel alloys, plastics, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and adjust CNC programs
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• English communication skills

Preferred

• Machinist apprenticeship/vocational training
• Mastercam/CAD-CAMand advanced CNC programming
• Lean/Six Sigma experience
