What You’ll Do

• Read blueprints and set up machines to exact specs
• Operate and maintain machining tools
• Ensure top-quality output by inspecting your work
• Keep a safe and organized workspace
• Collaborate and occasionally train team members

What You’ll need

• Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges
• Great attention to detail and safety mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Assembly experience is a plus
