Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part specifications.
Ability to Set Up, program CNC mills and lathes.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ability to verify dimensions using measuring instruments, including Calipers, dial indicators, gauge blocks and micrometers.
Strong Math and reasoning skills.
CAD/CAM Programming of CNC Experience is a plus
