Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part specifications.
• Ability to Set Up, program CNC mills and lathes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Ability to verify dimensions using measuring instruments, including Calipers, dial indicators, gauge blocks and micrometers.
• Strong Math and reasoning skills.
• CAD/CAM Programming of CNC Experience is a plus

You should be proficient in:

• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
• Blueprint Reading
