Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for plastic extrusion, injection molding, and thermoforming processes.
• Perform tool, die, and mold setups to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part specifications.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plastic extrusion, injection molding, and thermoforming.
• Strong background in tool, die, and mold setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
