Testek Solutions is currently seeking a full time Machine Tool Electrician.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Perform layout and installation of electrical components & wiring.
  2. Familiar with electrical panel layout and wiring
  3. Responsible for motor controls and general machine wiring.
  4. Layout, install and bend conduit.
  5. Sets up and fabricates complex mechanical, electro-mechanical or hydraulic assemblies, subassemblies and component parts utilizing various forms or written and oral instructions, automatic and semi-automatic machines and hand tools.
  6. Performs administrative tasks associated with assembly operations which include progress tracking, job problem forms, shortage reports, schematic and BOM red lines.
  7. Must communicate with management and engineering on job progress, issues, and resolutions.
  8. Fits and assembles components according to assembly ladder logic schematics, manuals, and knowledge of machine construction to construct, rebuild, and repair machines using hand tools and power tools
  9. Analyzes assembly schematics and specifications manual and plans machine building operations
  10. Verifies conformance of parts to stock list and drawings
  11. Lay out hole locations and drills and taps holes on parts for assembly

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as in industrial electrician.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent education and experience to demonstrate ability to perform the job.
  3. Must be able to read electrical ladder logic schematics.
  4. Familiar with NEC requirements.
  5. Experience in electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment
  6. Minimum of 4 years of experience in panel wiring
  7. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
  8. Self-Motivated and Driven Worker
  9. Must be a team player
  10. Must be flexible and have the ability to work with others
  11. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced engineering/manufacturing environment
