• Day shift hours to meet your scheduling needs - 7:00am-3:30pm

What your day will look like:- Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE while supporting safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Assist with the setup and operation of assigned workstations, including loading, catching, trimming, wrapping, banding, assembly, and roll-forming processes.
• Support machine Operators by monitoring production output, identifying and reporting issues, and assisting with basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas and perform additional duties as needed to support business and production requirements
• Perform production and fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including completing required end-of-shift housekeeping.
• Train and assist new employees on equipment operation, production procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Ensure required Quality Control checks are completed at each work center in accordance with QC standards, corrective actions, and customer feedback.
• Perform material handling duties, including loading raw materials, catching and stacking finished products, and moving materials using manual methods or mechanical equipment.

What we are looking for:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience preferred.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and/or production equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable working around noise, machinery, moving equipment, vehicles, temperature variations, and outdoor conditions.
• Up to 5% travel may be required based on business needs.
