Job Description

Our client is hiring a Machine Shop Manager to lead daily operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while leading a team of operators and engineers.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily machine shop operations to meet production and quality goals
• Lead and develop a team of 30
• Optimize performance across multi-axis CNC milling, turning, and grinding
• Improve workflows, tooling, and setup to reduce downtime
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CAD/CAM, probing, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teamsManage inventory and ensure smooth production flow
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong CNC machining knowledge
• Experience with ERP systems and CAD/CAM tools
