Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of various machines and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
