Do you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, making precision adjustments, and keeping production running at peak performance? We're looking for a Machine Setup Technician / Adjuster to join our manufacturing team in Butler, WI. In this role, you'll set up, adjust, and optimize envelope manufacturing equipment while playing a critical role in quality, efficiency, and production success.

**What You'll Do

**

• Set up and adjust envelope manufacturing equipment for production runs.

• Perform job changeovers, tooling changes, and machine setups.

• Troubleshoot and correct issues such as jams, misfeeds, folding defects, and glue inconsistencies.

• Fine-tune machine settings to maintain quality and maximize efficiency.

• Conduct routine cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.

• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and meet production goals.

**What We're Looking For

**

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Manufacturing, printing, converting, paper-processing, or machine setup experience preferred.

• Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
