Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Setup Operator (CNC) to join our team in Waupaca, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process by setting up and operating CNC machines to ensure high-quality manufacturing of our products. Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements.
Load materials and ensure proper alignment for optimal machining.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate parts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Ability to use forklifts, cranes, electrical pallet jacks, etc.
Robot experience.
High level of attention to details.
Knowledge of CNC methodology.
Ability to lift 30 lbs. continually and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to walk and or stand constantly throughout a shift.
Ability to frequently bend, stop, climb, etc.
