Machine Setup Operator

Location: Newburyport, MA 01950

Pay: $23–$27/hr

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm

• 3rd Shift: 11pm–7am

Schedule: Weekly rotating schedule, including weekends

Weekend Pay: Double time on Saturdays and Sundays

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.

• Adjust machine settings and change tooling as needed.

• Load materials and monitor machine operation.

• Inspect finished products for quality.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous machine setup and operation experience.

• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to use measuring tools.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work rotating schedules and weekends.
