Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machinery according to production specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet production goals and timelines.
• Document machine settings and adjustments for quality control purposes.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in machine setup or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
