What You’ll Be Doing:

⚙️ Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals

📦 Load and unload materials into production equipment

🔍 Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

📋 Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures

🛠️ Make basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues

🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

✔️ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔️ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

✔️ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
