Starting pay $22.12/hour plus shift differentials for nights, 2nd and 3rd shift.
3rd shift is 10:30PM - 7AM - Must be able to work overtime 4 hours before or after shift depending on needs
Safely operate, perform preventative maintenance, and perform corrective maintenance on plant machinery to exceed planned performance measures.
Perform quality checks as specified in procedures.
Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training.
Follow all training documents for job on assigned line.
Participate in cleaning processes.
Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly.
Participate in all plant audits for assigned area.
Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
All other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager.
Desire to work in food manufacturing environment.
Availability to work overtime; typically 4 hours before or after a shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.
