Responsibilities:

• Operating metal fabrication equipment
• Lead, train, and support production team members
• Assign daily work priorities to meet production goals and deadlines
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
• Operate production equipment and serve as backup across workstations
• Assist with troubleshooting, machine setup, and workflow improvements
• Coordinate material usage, work orders, and ERP data entry
• Promote teamwork, cross-training, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Previous leadership or lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production setting
