Position Summary
We are looking for All Shift - 1st, 2nd shift and weekend Punch Press Operators C or Entry Level Machine Operators to join our growing team in New Hope, MN.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple machines including automatic machines.
- Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors.
- Cleans lubricates, and has the ability to do maintenance on machines.
- Maintains inventory accuracy.
- Positions workpiece against fixtures or stops on the machine bed or on the die.
- Operates forklifts.
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of varied manufacturing experience
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems

6am to 6:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12-hours shift with 4 hours bonus)
5:00am to 3:30pm – Monday to Thursday (10-hours shift)
3:30pm to 2:00am – Monday to Thursday (10-hour shift)
