Job Summary: Blown Film Operators – Marmaduke Plant

Anchor Packaging is hiring Blown Film Operators for our Marmaduke facility! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a strong history of stability and no layoffs. We currently have openings on all four 12-hour shifts (day and night), offering consistent schedules and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Blown Film production lines safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and inspect products for quality
• Perform line changes, screen changes, and equipment cleaning
• Maintain accurate labeling and traceability of products
• Support housekeeping and safety standards
• Train new team members and collaborate with others

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in extrusion, thermoforming, plastics, or food packaging is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
• Silver Level Career Readiness Certificate preferred
