Job Description

Signature Systems Group is hiring multiple Machine Operators for our NIGHT SHIFT. 

Immediate openings available! Rotating days (4 days per week/ 3 days per week), Shift Differential and THREE weeks of PTO the first year! PM Shift - 6:45PM to 7:00AM (rotating weekends required)

Must be able to speak and understand English.

You will load and operate machinery to manufacture semi-finished parts (large composite/plastic matting parts) for assembly.

Essential duties include:

• Move parts and materials to and from production or storage areas.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment for maximum cycle-time efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks.
• Keep work area organized and clean.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to adapt to environmental changes and working conditions; such as temperature and noise.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required
