Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate press brakes, bandsaws, shearing, and plate bending equipment.
• Perform quality checks using appropriate measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate various machines used in metal processing.
• Unload and stage raw materials using forklifts.
• Conduct inventory counts on consignment materials and report to Planning/Management.
• Wear PPE in designated areas and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Accurately interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Knowledge of measuring tools including thread gauges.
• Must be physically capable of standing, walking, lifting (up to 45 lbs.), bending, and repetitive movements for 6–8 hours daily.
• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts as needed.
• Flexible and willing to be cross-trained across job functions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

• $21.43 – $22.94 an hour
