We are looking for skilled Laminators for our Clinton, TN location.

A great operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and within safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with your co-workers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance in quality regulations and ensure quality products depart to customers.

Inspect materials with precision and measuring tools.

Keep records of approved and defective units or final products; Maintain activity logs.

First Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Second Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm

Third Shift: Sun-Thurs 11pm-7:30am (Start of week is Sunday @11pm, end of week is Friday @7:30am).

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Working knowledge of measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)

Basic computer work required

Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)

Ability to read and follow process work instructions

Analytical skills and Attention to detail

Teamwork and communication skills

Physical stamina and strength; Ability to lift up to 30 lb repetitively required.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and some weekend work.
