Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor folding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Catch and inspect folded products for quality assurance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
