Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling components and products according to technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to use basic hand and power tools, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble parts and products
- Assemble components using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches) and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers)
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues or escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance and care of tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills
