In this position, the Machine Operator will operate various machines, including Surface Mount & Through-hole Technology, to install electrical components onto printed circuit boards in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in machine operations, programming, and troubleshooting to produce high-quality products, collaborating closely with team members and supervisors.

We’re seeking a talented Machine Operator with a knack for problem-solving and mechanical aptitude to join our innovative team. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, commitment to precision, and a flexible approach to learning new skills and taking on additional duties. Ideal candidates can operate computer software, lift up to 50 lbs., and manual dexterity for operating hand tools and small components is essential. Experience is preferred. This is a full-time, benefitted, position working Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. onsite in the manufacturing facility.  An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of the business.
