Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Document production data and machine performance for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on machinery.
• Experience with packaging processes and equipment.
