What You’ll Do

  • Operate Machines: Set up and run metal fabrication equipment like Brake Presses, Turrets, and Fin Presses.
  • Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings to ensure precision and quality.
  • Stay Safe & Organized: Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and keep your workspace clean.
  • Inspect & Improve: Check materials and finished parts for quality, and suggest ways to improve processes.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teammates to meet production goals.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
  • Adapt & Support: Be flexible with shifts and overtime when needed.

What You Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift (30–50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of machine operation experience
  • Experience with Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press
  • CNC machine programming and operation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
