We're growing and looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Whether you have experience operating CNC equipment, industrial saws, coating line machinery, or other manufacturing equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

We're currently hiring for multiple Machine Operator positions and will match qualified candidates to the opportunity that best fits their skills and experience.

What You'll Do

Depending on the position you're selected for, responsibilities may include:

• Safely operate CNC machines, industrial saws, coating equipment, and other manufacturing machinery
• Read work orders, production schedules, and job specifications
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Cross train in multiple production areas to expand your skills

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who enjoy hands on work and take pride in producing quality products.

Qualified candidates typically have:

• One to three years of machine operating experience, CNC experience, or industrial manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A safety first mindset
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
