Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80919

Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do- Operate plating and cleaning equipment to process precision metal parts

• Load and unload parts through chemical baths following detailed work instructions
• Measure parts using a micrometer and make basic process adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using visual inspection and magnification tools
• Transfer materials and chemicals between work areas
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Comfortable working around chemicals while following safety procedures
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using measuring tools such as a micrometer is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift materials as needed and remain active throughout the shift
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
