Our Wilsonville facility is growing, and we’re currently looking for a dependable Machine Operator to support and help lead production on our Insulating Glass (IG) Line – Swing Shift. This is not a supervisory role, but we’re looking for someone who can take initiative, set the pace, and help drive results alongside the team.

Position Summary

As a Machine Operator on the IG Line, you'll operate and maintain production equipment to fabricate high-quality insulated glass units used in windows and doors.

• Pay starts at $22/hour and up to $25+ depending on experience
• Swing Shift Differential: $1.50/hour (not included in base pay)

This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with leadership potential who can help coordinate workflow, support teammates, and lead by example—without directly managing people.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery on the IG line
• Perform in-process quality checks to meet dimensional and visual standards
• Load/unload glass safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet efficiency targets
• Complete basic machine maintenance
• Accurately record production data and report issues
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Demonstrate leadership qualities like initiative, ownership, and peer support

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of production or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable with hand tools and reading a tape measure
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus if you:

• Have experience with automated equipment or glass fabrication

• PPE provided (gloves, safety glasses, cut-resistant gear)
• Physical work: lifting, bending, standing for long periods
