The Work Environment

This is a non-climate-controlled, physical, fast-paced lumber yard. Leadership here isn’t about a title — it’s about how you work, how you communicate, and how you influence others on the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stacking kiln-dried hardwood using safe, efficient techniques
• Straightening lumber on conveyors for grading, trimming, and sorting
• Watching quality and correcting issues before they become problems
• Keeping your area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Learning equipment operation with the goal of training others
• Performing basic preventative maintenance
• Completing occasional climbing or crawling during housekeeping tasks

• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection

• Steel-toed boots
• Additional protective equipment as required

Who This Role Is For

• Dependable, accountable, and team-driven individuals
• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting 50 lbs or more
• Able to read a tape measure accurately
• Lumber, manufacturing, or farming experience is a plus
• At least 18 years old and motivated to grow
