Your Role on Our Team
The Operator I supports production by operating a variety of equipment to produce quality product per provided criteria and work instructions. This position is required to cooperate with other cross-functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards.

Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00-11:00pm
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies and practice 6S standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees.
- Identify and escalate potential safety risks on the floor.
- Operate numerous types of equipment, independently or in a team environment, per the work instructions.
- Utilize electronic devices (computer, iPad, etc.) daily to reference work instructions, control plans, visual criteria, in-process quality checks, and accurately log production numbers.
- Perform repetitive tasks as needed and maintain production pace and quality standards as specified by the applicable documentation to meet process metrics such as delivery, efficiency, and quality.
- Recognize and react to problems with equipment, escalate as required.
- Close attention to detail concerning product quality through utilizing visual criteria and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
- Use fixtures, jigs, and hand tools as necessary to ensure proper position and/or movement of components and parts.
- Ability to work on a raised platform, safely
- Work with Machine Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment.
- Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct Autonomous Maintenance tasks as prescribed.
- Place processed parts into containers and palletize per the work instruction and at specified quantities per the part tag.
- Other duties and projects as determined by business and production needs.
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
- Display great attention to detail
- 0-1 years of machine operation experience
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and understand provided work instructions
