About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, mold machine, and band saw. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all safety protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience operating production machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
  • Experience operating multiple types of production machinery
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, mold machine, and band saw
  • Ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed

Skills:

As a Machine Operator, you will use your skills in assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, production machinery, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, mold machine, and band saw on a daily basis. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues, and perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed. Additionally, you will need to have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Your experience in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) will be highly valued.
